How we handle your details.

Updated 15 October 2026

What we collect

If you ask for a call or write to us, we receive the details you give: your name, your email address, the time and time zone you asked for and, if you wrote one, a note about your problem.

We do not ask for anything else, and nothing on this site needs an account.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and arrange the conversation. We do not sell your details, share them for advertising or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Your message goes from this site to our server on Cloudflare, which emails it to info@beyondai.services through our email provider, Resend. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visits on our behalf.

Before a message is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person. It may read some signals from your browser to do that. We get no profile of you from it.

The region you choose travels with your message the same way. If you book a call, you do that on Calendly, a separate service with its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent to Calendly unless you follow the link.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add visitor statistics, we will use a cookie-free tool that counts visits in aggregate, and we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and the emails that follow for up to 12 months, then delete them. If you want yours deleted sooner, ask.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@beyondai.services and we will answer within one business day.

Data in client projects

Where your data lives, and which model ever sees it, is your decision. We design to it.

When we build a system for you, you decide where its data lives, which regions it may be stored or processed in, and whether any of it reaches an AI provider. We write that down at the start and build to it. You can change it later; we plan for that too.

Option: In your own cloud account, in the region you name.

Option: On your own servers, with nothing in our hands.

Option: With a language model that runs on your hardware, so no data goes to an AI provider.

Option: With a hosted model in a region you approve, under the terms you choose.

The rules differ by region, and some contracts and sectors add their own. In short:

Australia. The Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Principle 8 covers sending personal information overseas: the sender stays accountable for how it is handled there. Some sectors and government work require data to stay onshore.

New Zealand. The Privacy Act 2020. Information privacy principle 12 limits disclosing personal information to a body outside New Zealand unless it is protected to a comparable standard or the person has agreed.

European Union. The GDPR. Moving personal data outside the EEA needs a legal basis for the transfer. Hosting and model endpoints inside the EU avoid the question.

United States. No single federal privacy law. State laws such as California’s CCPA, and sector rules such as HIPAA for health and GLBA for finance, decide what applies. Contracts often require US-only processing.

This is a summary to explain how we work, not legal advice. Your own counsel confirms what applies to you, and we build to what they decide.
